Lobellée ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
What information we collect

- Name, email address, phone number, and residential address
- Child's name, date of birth, and relevant health information
- Booking and appointment details
- Payment information (processed securely via Stripe and Square; we do not store card details)
- Photographs and videos taken during appointments (only with your written consent)
- Communication records (emails, WhatsApp messages, Instagram DMs)
- Website usage data (cookies, analytics)
How we collect information
We collect personal information directly from you when you book an appointment, contact us, or purchase products. We also collect information through our booking system (Acuity Scheduling), our website (lobellee.com), social media interactions, and consent forms completed before appointments.

We use your personal information to:
- Provide our ear piercing services and aftercare support
- Manage bookings and appointments
- Process payments and issue receipts
- Send appointment confirmations and aftercare reminders

Photographs and media
We will never photograph or record your child without your prior written consent. A separate Photo and Media Consent Form is provided before each appointment. You may decline media consent and still receive our full service. You may withdraw media consent at any time by contacting us.
How we store and protect information
Your personal information is stored securely using encrypted cloud platforms, PCI DSS compliant payment processors (Stripe, Square), and password-protected devices with two-factor authentication. We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with payment processors (Stripe, Square), booking platforms (Acuity Scheduling), email and communication services (Google Workspace), and government authorities if required by law.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies to improve your browsing experience. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. No personally identifiable information is shared with analytics providers.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You may also withdraw consent for media use and opt out of marketing communications at any time.

If you believe we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles, please contact us at info@lobellee.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at www.oaic.gov.au.
Terms & Conditions
About these terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services and products provided by Lobellée ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Kelly Cristina Alves da Silva as a sole trader in Queensland, Australia. By booking an appointment or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms.
Services
Lobellée provides ear piercing services for babies, children, and adults. All piercings are performed using single-use sterile cartridges (Studex System 75) and implant-grade jewellery. Our practitioner holds a current HLTINF005 Skin Penetration Certificate as required by Queensland legislation.
Age requirements
We offer ear piercing for babies from 20 days of age, provided the child has received age-appropriate vaccinations and is in good health. A parent or legal guardian must be present and provide written consent for all services performed on minors (under 18 years).
Bookings and payments
- Bookings are made through our online scheduling system or by contacting us directly
- A booking fee may be required to secure your appointment
- Full payment is due at the time of service
- We accept payment via Square (in-person), Stripe (online), and Squarespace Payments
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
Cancellations and rescheduling
- You may reschedule or cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may forfeit the booking fee
- We reserve the right to decline service if conditions are not suitable for a comfortable experience
Health and wellbeing
Please inform us before your appointment of any known allergies (particularly to metals), bleeding disorders, medication use, skin conditions, or any other relevant health concerns. We may decline to proceed if we believe it is not in the best interest of the client's comfort and wellbeing.
Consent
A parent or legal guardian must complete and sign a Parental Consent Form for all clients under 18 years. A separate Photo and Media Consent Form is provided. Media consent is optional and does not affect service delivery.
Aftercare
We provide aftercare instructions and an aftercare kit with every piercing. It is the client's (or parent/guardian's) responsibility to follow aftercare instructions. While we take every care during the piercing process, individual healing varies and we cannot guarantee specific healing outcomes.
Jewellery and products
- We use implant-grade titanium and surgical steel jewellery that meets international standards
- For hygiene reasons, we do not pierce with jewellery brought by clients
- Shipping rates: Standard $8.90 AUD (3-7 business days), Express $12.90 AUD (1-3 business days)
- Free shipping on orders over $150 AUD
Returns and refunds
- Due to hygiene regulations, piercing jewellery that has been worn or opened cannot be returned or exchanged
- Sealed, unopened jewellery may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund
- Service fees are non-refundable once the piercing has been performed
- If we are unable to perform the service, a full refund or reschedule will be offered
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
Limitation of liability
- Individual reactions, healing times, and outcomes vary and cannot be predicted
- We are not liable for complications arising from failure to follow aftercare instructions
- Our liability is limited to the value of the service or product purchased
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law
Intellectual property
All content on our website, social media, and marketing materials (including logos, images, text, and the First Shine Method) is the intellectual property of Lobellée and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
